SAP Business One provides a Live Collaboration feature that sends a message, which is used to communicate between users who are logged in to the SAP system. All user communications are usually stored in conversation history. If this feature is frequently used by users, of course, the stored history will accumulate. SAP Business One allows superusers to clear the history of conversations recorded on Live Collaboration and remove the content (if it is no longer relevant).
To access this feature, go to menu bar Tools > Live Collaboration > Conversations Cleanup (or click “Conversations Cleanup” at the bottom of the User List in the Live Collaboration Tool). By default, superusers are given “Full Authorization” to delete conversation history, while ordinary users (not superusers) are given “No Authorization”.

Enter today’s date or previous date, and click “Execute”, then the conversation history of all users on or before the input date will be deleted.
