To Provide better audit, SAP Business One 9.2 add feature to Link One row in Marketing Documents to posted as One Row in Journal Entry.
Document Settings :
Split Journal Entry Posting by Document Lines :
– No Split
You can have option as previous version to Group all Rows that has same G/L Accounts in Marketing Document then posted as One Row in Journal Entry.
– Split
Rows with the same G/L accounts are not grouped in a Journal Entry
– Split in Journal Entry Preview Only
This option use Split Journal Entry Row at preview before posted to recheck the account, but when you posted it will Group in one Row
