Custom Report Query Purchase Request (PR) vs Purchase Order (PO)

Sometimes we need information about a comparison between a purchase request (PR) and a purchase order (PO) to find out how many purchase order documents have been made compared to the purchase request documents within a certain period of time along with detailed item information on SAP Business One.

SAP Business One may already have standard reports on the purchase request documents (PR – Purchase Request) and purchase order documents (PO – Purchase Order) separately, but if you want to check both reports, you must open the report separately, whereas what is desired is to open the two reports in one document to see the comparison of the two reports.

Below is one example to display a comparison list of purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) to customers in SAP Business One by using a query, based on a specific period:

When we run this query, SAP Business One will display the parameters for the PR document that you want to show :

And when we click the “OK” button, SAP Business One will display the results as shown below:
