In SAP Business one, have facility to create User Define Fields, but sometimes, because we are creating many UDF, and some UDF isn’t used for all documents, then the UDF field becomes too many to show.
But, did you know, that we can categorize this UDF and assign it to each document? So, the UDF field shown in a document is only the UDF related and needs to the selected document only.

- Create Category
Tools > Customization Tools > Settings

- Assigned each UDF to it’s category
